1. ACCESSING OUR PLATFORM

7. MANAGING THE PLATFORM

8. DURATION AND ENDING OUR RELATIONSHIP

These Terms are in effect until either you or we terminate them. We can suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, or block your access to the Platform at any time, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all permissions we granted you will immediately end.

9. CHANGES AND TEMPORARY OUTAGES

We may modify, suspend, or stop offering the Platform (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We won’t be responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such changes or temporary interruptions.

10. HOW WE’LL HANDLE DISPUTES

Informal Resolution: Before starting any formal legal process, you and Raishirt agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally for a period of sixty (60) days.

Binding Arbitration: If we can’t resolve the dispute informally, any remaining controversy or claim will be settled by binding arbitration in [Your City, State/Country] under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted by one arbitrator in the English language, and the arbitrator’s decision may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action arbitration.

11. ADDRESSING ERRORS

We may correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Platform at any time without giving prior notice.

12. OUR PLATFORM AS IS

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. LIMITS ON OUR RESPONSIBILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raishirt and its officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

14. YOUR OBLIGATION TO PROTECT US

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raishirt and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

15. HANDLING YOUR DATA

You are responsible for any content you provide through the Platform. We will maintain certain data according to our Privacy Policy, but we are not responsible if your data is lost or corrupted.

16. DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, which will satisfy any legal requirement for communications to be in writing.

17. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Raishirt regarding your use of the Platform.
