How long is your shipping time?

This depends on where you are located. Total estimated delivery time is approximately 6-9 business days (including processing time and shipping time).

Where is my order now?

To track your order, please go to Order Tracking
Enter your tracking number and you can track your order.

What’s my tracking number?

After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail, with tracking number included.

I have not received any confirmation email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order is usually processed and sent to our fulfillment center, and changes can no longer be made. What is your payment method?

At Raishirt, we make your checkout process simple and secure. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds for approved returns (wrong item, damaged, or defective upon arrival) and for orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind or sizing issues if the correct item was sent.

How long will I receive my refund?

Once your return or cancellation is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds back to your account.

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only eligible under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item, size, or color.
• Your item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a return or exchange.

To use your discount, please first make sure that you have copied all the right alphabets and numbers, with no space. If it still doesn’t work, please contact the Email support@raishirt.com

How to get my discount?
