Order Changes & Cancellations

Here’s our policy for canceling or modifying your order:

Timeframe for Changes or Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order is typically processed and forwarded to our fulfillment center, making changes no longer possible.

How to Submit a Request

To request a change or cancellation, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Be sure to include:

• Your full name
  
• Your order number
  
• A clear explanation of the changes or reason for cancellation
  

We recommend using a subject line such as “Order Change Request” or “Cancel My Order” for quicker handling.

Note: Requests outside the 24-hour window cannot be processed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to:

• Incomplete addresses
  
• Incorrect ZIP codes
  
• Misspelled street names or apartment numbers
  

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will notify you and offer reshipment for an additional shipping fee

What Can Be Changed

Within the 24-hour window, you may request to:

• Change the shipping address
  
• Modify the product variant (size, color, design)
  
• Update contact information associated with the order
  
• Cancel the order entirely for a full refund
  

Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved:

• Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Additional Time: Please note it may take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
